Apply for an approved venue license

If you are currently taking bookings for receptions, parties, buffets, you may wish to offer your customers the option of a legal ceremony at your venue.

There is an introductory licence fee for all new premises. To request that we make a suitability visit to your premises please email admin.registration@nottscc.gov.uk (fees apply).

Approval of premises as a venue for marriages and civil partnerships

Notice is given under section 26(1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 and Civil Partnerships under section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 that an application has been received for the following premises to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages and civil partnerships:
