We found the process of booking our notice of marriage appointment easy and straightforward. We actually went through the process twice after changing our ceremony location, and on both occasions we felt we were given the utmost attention and care. The whole experience was personalised to us, and every stage of the process was explained clearly, with plenty of information provided beforehand to help us make informed choices about our enhanced marriage ceremony. We always felt that every detail was being taken care of and processed thoroughly, which gave us complete confidence throughout. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we really appreciated the professional, attentive and personal service we received. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We wanted to say how pleased we were with the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process for County House was very easy. The person we spoke to answered all of our questions at the time of the call and also explained that if we had any other questions, we could simply call back. They went through all the payment details and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about what would happen before the big day. At the notice appointment, we were also told what to expect on the day itself, which really helped us feel prepared. The ceremony was absolutely perfect, down to every last detail. The pre-ceremony interview beforehand was lovely and really helped us understand exactly what was going to happen, step by step. It also made us feel completely at ease. The staff were so friendly and even had a laugh and joke with us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. The whole experience was fantastic, and our Celebrant Registrar was absolutely outstanding. She was so lovely and made such a difference to our experience. Thank you so, so much for helping to make our wedding such an absolutely fantastic and memorable day. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We communicated several times with the team and always had very efficient replies. The two Celebrant Registrars we had on our wedding day were so lovely and shared how proud they were of our son, Louis, for reading his poem during the service, which was so sweet to hear! We definitely couldn't have had a more perfect service, and the Nottinghamshire Registration team are to thank for that!

The whole Renewal of Vows ceremony was beautiful, and all the staff were so good especially with our son who is autistic and non-verbal they were all fantastic.

We met at work in 2023 where we also met the person who would marry us three years later! We knew Tracey, our Celebrant Registrar, as she also volunteered at our place of work. Tracey made our small intimate wedding with our closest family, parents, children, and their partners at the end of July so very memorable. She made the ceremony very personal and special for us and our family. Even though Bridgford Hall was very busy, it felt like a very personal ceremony, as everything is so organised, you feel like the only people being married that day. Dawn was also fantastic and supportive as she assisted with the ceremony. Bridgford Hall has beautiful gardens which enabled us to share this important day with our family dog, as she joined us, as we captured some memorable photos outside. We would just like to say a big thank you, as we loved Bridgford Hall, the support we received from the team with the process and how comfortable Dawn and of course Tracey made us and our guests feel.
