About the venue
County House, formerly a wealthy gentleman’s residence built from Mansfield stone, is a very popular and busy wedding venue in the Mansfield area. The property has many original features including an impressive, traditionally decorated oak panelled room, the Oakdale Suite. The ‘Gallery’ is Mansfield’s venue of choice for those wishing to have a small, intimate ceremony. With seating for 20 people, the room provides a less formal atmosphere. To the front of the building, there is a large lawned garden with a backdrop of mature chestnut trees, providing an ideal setting for photographs. This venue has a licence for ceremonies in the:
