We understand that music can be a big part of your ceremony, and is a great way of setting the tone. There are times within your ceremony where music can be played; during the entrance procession, whilst signing the schedule and as you exit as a newly married couple.
We have a music library, 28 day live streaming and recording facilities in the following ceremony rooms:
- Arnold Registration Office, Arnot Hill House – The Ceremony Room
- Mansfield Registration Office, County House – The Oakdale Suite
- Newark Registration Office, The Gilstrap – The Salvin Suite
- The Nottinghamshire Register Office, Worksop – The Victoria Suite
- West Bridgford Registration Office, Bridgford Hall – The Garden Room
If your ceremony is taking place in a room listed above, we will create and play
your customised playlist for your ceremony from our extensive music library. Your music choices should be submitted no later than 28 days before your ceremony to guarantee your chosen music.
If your ceremony is taking place in a room that is not listed above, you are able to organise your own music to be played on a CD to be handed to us at the
ceremony or we have a Bluetooth speaker available, whereby a member of your wedding party can be nominated to play music that is special to you.
Live streaming
The live streaming service gives the opportunity for family and friends, who are unable to attend the ceremony, a chance to view it live via a special link which will be emailed to you within a week of you ordering the service. This will be viewable for up to 28 days after the ceremony.
You can also order a DVD, USB or video book keepsake of the live ceremony recording of your special day. You will be notified when your keepsake is ready for collection.
Book the live streaming service online or you can contact us on 0300 500 8080 to order extras and make a payment.
